Terms of service.

You must be at least 18, or have your guardian's permission and supervision, to create an account. The product is built for businesses and creators; if you're representing a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these terms.

Keep your credentials private. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including content posted via API keys you mint. If a credential is compromised, rotate it in the dashboard and email [email protected].

• Vlozi bills in credits. Subscription tiers refill credits monthly; pack credits are one-time and never expire.
• When you spend, Vlozi drains subscription credits first so your pack credits stay untouched.
• Upgrades take effect immediately and add credits that day. Downgrades take effect at the next cycle.
• Subscription refunds: prorated within 7 days of payment, on request.
• Pack credits: non-refundable, but they never expire — they're yours until you spend them.
• If you exhaust credits mid-cycle, existing content stays live (your blog, your chatbot widget). Only new outbound actions pause until you refill.

You agree not to:

• Send spam, scrape contacts you don't have consent for, or send marketing email to lists not obtained lawfully.
• Publish illegal content, content that infringes someone else's IP, or content that targets a person for harassment.
• Use the chatbot to impersonate Vlozi, a public figure, or a regulated service (medical / legal / financial advice presented as authoritative).
• Attempt to compromise Vlozi infrastructure, other tenants, or any Vlozi sub-processor — including but not limited to credential stuffing, denial-of-service, or model-extraction attacks.
• Resell Vlozi as a white-label service without a written agreement.

Vlozi may suspend an account that violates this section, with notice when possible, and terminate persistent or serious violations without refund.

• You own everything you create on Vlozi — blog posts, newsletters, chatbot prompts, uploaded media.
• You grant Vlozi the licence required to host and deliver that content (store it, serve it from the CDN, render it in the chatbot, send it as email).
• Vlozi never trains base AI models on your content. The chatbot answers from your own posts and cites the source on every reply.
• Vlozi owns the platform, brand, code, and design. The Vlozi name, mark, and editorial system are Vlozi's; ask before using them in your own materials.

If you connect Vlozi to a third-party service (Telegram, WhatsApp, social platforms, custom domains), your use of that third-party service is governed by their terms, not Vlozi's. Vlozi isn't liable for outages, policy changes, or data handling by third parties.

• You can cancel any plan from the dashboard at any time. Cancellation stops new charges; the current cycle's credits remain spendable until cycle end.
• After cancellation: data stays exportable for 30 days, archived for 60 days, then permanently deleted unless legally retained — see the privacy policy for the schedule.
• Vlozi may terminate an account for unpaid invoices, repeated violations of Section 4, or legal compulsion. Termination notices go to the email on file.

Vlozi is provided as-is and as-available. Vlozi doesn't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any specific purpose. Vlozi works hard to keep things up — see statusfor live posture — but guarantees only what's explicitly in a signed SLA.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vlozi's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is capped at the fees you paid to Vlozi in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Vlozi is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility.

You agree to defend and indemnify Vlozi against claims arising from your content, your violation of Section 4, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Before filing anything, try email — most disputes resolve in one thread.

Material changes are notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Vlozi after the effective date counts as acceptance. Minor clarifying edits land on this page with the “Last updated” date bumped above.
